We are a five-time California Restaurant Association Best BBQ award winner, and we have also won the California Restaurant Association 5-Star Award for Best BBQ and best catering.
What makes our Bar-B-Que so special? We have 28 years’ experience cooking up the best meats in town. We start with our very own mesquite smoking process that really brings out incredible flavor and juiciness in all our meats. We also go to great lengths to prepare only the most delicious meats possible. That means, for example, that our brisket is smoked for a full 16 hours before we serve it to you.
Our legendary pork shoulder is available in full or half size, both of which are accompanied by your choice of two side orders like our mouthwatering cole slaw, marvelous macaroni salad, cowboy beans, or jailhouse chili.
